I'm not holding my breath for LoTD until city siege and dungeons are implemented. It would be kind of cool just to have it as some sort of giant T4 RVR zone.
LoTD was kind of a mess on live though. It was definitely part of the T4 gear imbalance, and later even T3 gear imbalance. I remember people running around T3 with purple Zandri weapons perma-slotted with bugged Soul Talis...dark days.

LotD will most surely come some day, but its not directly around the corner of being released.
Dont get your hopes up, we have much to fix and add before that ;D
