Nothing is working.

I'm not sure what to do at this point, I've looked over a lot of posts and tried what everyone has suggested I've also watched videos on how to get rid of the errors nothing is working.
Well, as informative as your original post is, we're going to need a few more details on what exactly isn't working and what errors you are getting.
