Return of Reckoning

I am missing about 20+ items that I put into the ah to be sold. I never got them back in the mail nor are they still showing in the sales tab.

I have had a lot of reports of this. However, I cant seem to track down the cause.

I think every restart causing to lose relation between item on AH and seller.

I think same, AH works for a short while, but then after a while you stop getting gold for sold stuff and cant get your stuff back. most likely server restart do this.

tip:
Place some useless item on AH, cancel the auction- sell tab now will show random items. If you lucky to find your items there you can retrieve them with cancel button.

I added two items for auction late last night. In the morning, they were still there via search, but I have no way to "cancel" them -- so I suspect they are gone forever. I haven't used the AH in months, but decided to try again anyhow. This has happened to me on about 50 items total. In the Live game, auctions had timers. I want to say 48-72 hours. They'd expire after that time and items would be resent to the toon that posted them. I thought that was the issue -- Meaning the current version cancels the auctions and doesn't return the loot to the posters -- but after seeing two items disappear from my control in fewer than eight hours, I believe it's the server restart.

If someone could test this theory, by auctioning cheap vendor items or something.
With screenshots, the time they put the item into the AH. Checking semi frequently if the item is there before and after a server restart.

I had put some items in the auction. Never seen them again
