Return of Reckoning

I've noticed browsing through the Armory that some marauders carry a strange weapon: Gale-runers slayer. The damage and the speed seem to be normal for a lvl 9 1handed weapon but the stats belong in a 2 handed: 20 str 14 weap skill. Is this a bug?

I play a zealot, but any bug, especially one that gives an unfair advantage, takes a lot of interest and fun off the game.
