Return of Reckoning

Does anyone know where to get the White Lion chest appearance that looks like a Shadow Warrior chest? I know it's somewhere in T2 Empire and I thought it was a Ch. 5 inf reward, but it's not. I saw someone in an old thread said that it could be from a Ch 7 quest but I couldnt find it. Any ideas? If anyone knows other cool appearances drop them in here as well.

Before it was from Ch5 or Ch6 dwarf.

there's tons of equipment that could be used across like-classes, for example chosen and marauder, shaman and squig etc that wouldn't break lore or confuse anyone as to what class another person is playing. Torque has though promised in the future we'll have more access to appearance gear than ever was available on live, so for the time being we'll have to remain with our minds in the closet until cross dressing is fully enabled and accepted in the server.
