Book of Binding

I know its supposed to have a cooldown but atm please take it away or make the /stuck respawn in IC. I keep falling thru the floor on coming out of SC. I use the book to get out of the bottom of the floor so this is a lil upsetting getting stuck and running form nordland just to runt to t1 wc to fly to ic. please take the timer off the book.

why? just bind book to IC............. and never use fly master to fly IC (before you ask ye there is a rally master in each city) , i never get problem with book so far if you got problem book have 1 sec coldown for now

Who the **** care about BOB at the moment, he seems to work well!!!
Devs need to work on RVR cause it's the best and only thing we are looking for on that game and not on BOB.... Don't cry about useless things when you can put Book in IC as Tesq tell you...
If you can understand what i mean it can be good JOJO....

Of course the binding point is the Apex (IC). I wouldn't write it, if it worked. It works once and then you have a cool down.
IC -> SC -> falling through the ground in IC -> using BOB to port to Apex -> SC -> again falling through the ground -> BOB not working because of cool down

If you get stuck under the IC, relog to reset the cooldown of the book.

what are you talk coldown is 2 seconds atm.................
