Launcher crush game not starting after the last patch

Hello,
I was playing RoR for 5 days and all was fine using intel 4000 i7 video card,windows 10.
The same day the game patched I bought an Asus GTX 1060 Strix OC 6gb.
I installed the drivers and I tested 6-7 games in ultra settings and all run perfect.
Then I run the RoR launcher and it crushes when I press connect without any error message.
The 2 green boxes remains green so It doesnt look anything wrong.
After 4 hours of reading and testing I tryed all the possible solutions from other similar topics.
1)run as administrator
2)run without administrator
3)combatibility as xp,7,8,vista
4)extract again the launcher
5)extract all game+launcher in diffirent partision
6)check windows firewall and avira antivirus for blocking
7)remove read only from folder and subfolders
