i know the snare aspect of the Weight of Guilt curse only affects someone who is cursed. My question is : Does the Endless Guilt tactic spread the snare effect to enemies within 20 feet of target only if those enemies are also cursed? The tool tip says all enemies within 20 feet so it should not matter if they are cursed but i wanted to make sure. Thanks!

Unless it's changed. It affects everyone around the primary target, you snared, with Cast/weight of guilt.

They do not need yo be cursed for it to snare them.
