BG Lothing tree

I am working on a proposal for AoE snares and their reduction to 50% up-time.
I need some info regarding BG trees. In the "changes from live thread" it lists a re-ording of the loathing tree as follows.
Reordered the Path of Loathing:
13pts: None Shall Pass
11pts: Feeding on Hate
9pts: Wave of Scorn
7pts: Anger Drives Me
5pts: Force of Fury
The career builder linked to the main page is different. I currently can't log in to quickly make a BG and check. Could someone please confirm which one is correct.
I am leading towards the "changes from live" thread but it has not been updated in a while.
