Return of Reckoning

Hi everyone,
So I'm playing a lvl 21 2H Chosen, and my question is: does Tooth of Tzeench affect myself too, or allies only?
My second question: my rotation is Snare -> Seeping Wound-> Tooth Of Tzeench -> spam Ravage, use AP drain when necessary. Is this a good rotation for level 21? Should I change it?

ToT applies to everyone in your group, also yourself. Just test it on a mob and hit it with tooth of tzeentch, you will see that your first aa directly afterwards will trigger the damage buff.

Tanks dont actually need a rotation because they have to use their skills according to the situation. Basically your rotation is ok you should also bring Blastwave into it and later on you will have to incorporate Suppression and Touch of Palsy.
