Return of Reckoning

im a returning player eager to fight on T4.

I could not been able to find an update guide about Salvation WP ( maybe i did something wrong ).

Here's my questions:

1) The spec

I would run with this one:

Max the passives, group dispell ( seems nerfed ) tactic.

Divine Light and Pious Restoration are still usefull?

2) Renown

Max Parry / Max Dodge/Disrupt ---- > more defense and Exalted Defenses Procs.
then Crit heals?

3) Socked

Full armor?

Divine warding is a good defensive tactique.

I lost again many fix about WP / Dok , can anyone explain (or topic link) the difference between now and before?

I want a "pure" healer and seems wp is not good so i was thinking to focus with another healer
