Return of Reckoning

Hi Devs,

I was curious about being able to contribute to the WarEmu project. However, I can't really make the commitment of being a staff member though.

However, I noticed that the projects on Github, besides the Bug tracking project, haven't been updated for a number of years.

Is this because the code base for the server pretty stable? or do you guys now dev againist a private version of the repo for reasons?

I only ask, because if there are issues that I fix against WarEmu, (should any exist in the buglist that requires changes to WarEmu code), I'm unsure if it's worth adding a pull request if the repo is actually out of date.

The git has not been updated since we have moved to close source.

So sorry you wont get our fixes after that point and nor will we get yours.

Ah, fair enough. I assumed something of the like, since you guys have obviously still been updating stuff!

multiple reasons, one being that if someone use our work to make another server and then take money for it then we might all get shut down as then EA/GW might have a bigger reason to go after us.

So by making it closed source then it hinders the effort for anyone that would want to make a profit on hosting a WAR server.
