A bulletin is posted, with pieces of paper and parchment reading...

It seems to outline a list of names complete with physical descriptions and last sightings, each name of which is marked for death. Here you can read about the latest cutthroats and thieves, or even the unlucky fellows who pissed off the wrong person, whose lives are now weighted in coin.
OOC:
Feel free to post names and possible rewards for the capture or killing of said person(s). This is suppose to give roleplayers a chance to interact with other roleplayers. Feel free to even post a name of one of your own characters as "wanted".
Example of how it works:
Name: Kazzig Shroomface
Physical Description: A sneaky, snot-skinned goblin wearing a mask made from a squig hide. Has yellow eyes and a scar running down his left cheek.
Last Sighting: Can be found roaming the Badlands, last seen entering Mount Gunbad. Presumably in the area somewhere.
Reward: 5 gold pieces
