Launcher Failed to connect

I have read the forum posts on the potential issue of having to attempt logging in multiple times. I have been in the game and played but recently I have tried for over an hour and the login screen will never get to the handshaking part and log all the way in. I am currently using JeFawk's mini ROR launcher with the same results. The bonus is sometimes I get an error report. can anyone help me understand if this error message is causing the problem? Or if anyone has any suggestions.
