Return of Reckoning

I`ve noticed while playing about with SW that skill Brutal Assault while Vengeance of Nagarythe up still stays grey out even if can be used from any position (removed condition of facing away target). I find it very confusing and I bet many new SWs think that skill is broken (bugged). Since its only visual bug, is there any chance to remove conditioning apon using that skill? Would it made it visiable (enabled) at all times? Skill is very situational, on 5s CD and not very often used (most SWs avoid melee anyway), so maybe there is a chance to make it available any time? Till the fix for original version will come out.
