[General]

Azarael

Fixed an issue causing players not to be considered within the RvR lake if returned there from a scenario.
Fixed a conversion error causing Diminishing Rations not to work except in extreme cases.

[Combat and Careers]

Azarael

EXPERIMENTAL: Direct-damage area of effect attacks which can hit at least 9 people will now have their damage modified under the following conditions:
  • Hitting an allied player: Damage reduced per allied player hit.
  • Hitting an enemy: Damage increased per enemy hit beyond the 6th.
Damage cannot be reduced below 20%.

The following attacks ignore the target limit:

Slayer

Flurry, Wild Swing

Witch Hunter

Razor Strike (with tactic)

Swordmaster

Phoenix's Wing

White Lion

Slashing Blade

Black Orc

Da Big 'Un

Choppa

Lotsa Choppin, Wild Choppin

Marauder

Demolition

Blackguard

Monstrous Rending

Witch Elf

Slice (with tactic)

[Public Quests]

Wargrimnir
- Corrected levels on several more PQ bosses to be appropriate for the zones.

Thayli
T1 Dwarf
- Marghaz Bloodtoof Ritual is now fully operational.

T2 Dwarf
- Oathgold Burrow is now fully operational.
- Battle at Blood Fen (Order) is now fully operational.

T1 Dwarf
- Traitor's Watch is now operational but there exists a bug in PQ tracker for stage II in which both objectives cause the Paymaker counter to go up.

T2 Greenskin
- Battle at Blood Fen (Destro) is now fully operational.

[Scenarios]

Natherul
-Changed all SC quests to have a shared drop off point in the capital cities, Order have Kaige Mortem in Altdorf Market Place and Destro have Riccekac Warshard close to the entrance of the Viper's Pit.

RyanMakara
- Moved a variety of Scenario quest NPCs closer to the Scenario spawnpoints
- Upped the reward for Scenario quests with 10 silver, and to 9999 XP for T4 quests.
- Placed shrine posts between Battle for Praag barricades to prevent players getting stuck.

[Other changes]

RyanMakara
- Added a multitude of Noteworthy Person unlocks to Destruction Dark Elf and Chaos Camps.

Torquemadra
- Unified appearance of 1736 pairs of t1 gloves.

Wargrimnir
- Updated 811 Helms. Willpower has been replaced by the following on these items.
Tanks - initiative or toughness
Melee medium armor dps, Ballistic dps - weaponskill or toughness
Melee light armor dps - initiative or weaponskill
caster - wounds or intelligence

- Updated 19 Sorc items that were not flagged with the correct career.
- Updated 73 Blackguard items that were not flagged with the correct career.
- Unbound Accessory items now have career requirements. If you have an item equipped, it will be removed to your inventory. These items will now drop correctly for each faction.

What does hitting an allied player mean? There is friendly fire now or?

No, but if they are inside the area of effect the dmg will increase or decrease as said in the notes

For every ally within your AoE radius, the damage inflicted by your attack to all enemies will be reduced.

There is no friendly fire and never will be.

How much damage is increased and decreased specifically per ally or enemy hit?
