[Suggestion] inserting pve teleportation points

Everybody comes across this massively annoying trips through PVE areas from one chapter to the other, at the latest when doing the epic weapon quests. The routes are redicously long which was already a massive nuisance on live but pve could be easier avoided there. Direct flight points aren't an option in ROR because the maps can't be changed (and shouldn't - too much chaos). So, I came up with one idea that might be interesting and potentially doable:
Insert an NPC (or refunction an existing one) in each PVE chapter, which offers repeatable quests like e.g. in Kadrin Valley order side "Teleport to chapter 15" when in chapter 16 or "Teleport to chapter 16" when in chapter 15. If the quest was accepted, there should be an object to interact with that triggers the act of teleporting, like a box or a sphere. To get rid of the quest in the tome, there could be an interaction for no payment (payment as in XP or currency) with the other teleportation quest NPC. One could also keep the quest for future uses of the teleportation object.
If you want to take currency out of the game, you could use the, as of now, useless teleportation stones from talisman making as currency for transportation. Which would offer another way of inserting teleportation: a vendor for teleportation orbs. You trade in a currency of your choice to get a transportation object, that is consumed by usage. Altough this approach is more complex and allows more exploitation as it wouldn't be limited to a certain area.
To limit possible problems, it should only be possible to teleport within one area. Teleporting from WC to PVE could be inserted but it could interfere with oRVR, although it might add some thrill as you can't know where your enemy comes from.
If this raises interest on dev's side, I'm willing to gather NPC names, quest names and coordinates, to lower the database people's workload.
This is all of course under the assumption that it is possible to set up new teleportation points.
