Return of Reckoning

I heard that balance on RoR is not like on retail official server, and admins make there "own" balance of classes and spells. So is this true, and if yes, can i see list of changes on this server?
P.S. Sorry for my English, suka blyat : D

Type .ror in game chat, this should list the changes.

As Hargrim stated but also if you login on a character that we have done changes to the chatlog will state that there has been made changes and you can see them specifically by typing .ror changelist (unless I remember wrong).

Currently changing tooltips are out of our control, but that will be fixed soon ish
