Is New User Registration Fixed?

I have three new people that want to come play. Two of them are having issues. I was wondering if it is due to the issue that was happening recently.

The IP blacklisting issue has been resolved.
If they're still having issues registering, they can contact either me via email, or another member of staff.

Make sure if their character gets the Book of Binding and the chest-piece and the Correct weapons. I have been trying to make more Characters and I have nothing in Backpack and No weapons spawning. Some classes have the Correct stuff, some just have Nothing at all.
