Pretty sure that you can't get banned for mounting/casting while walking/swimming, it's a server-side bug that can't be fixed yet.

The problem is a dev threatened a guild member for doing it. I see lot of people using this secuence. Toogle walk-mount-toogle run.

If you go inside the water with the mount can happen but is a graphic bug i guess

He is not talking about disappearing mounts after swimming but ability to mount up while you toggle from run to walk.

It ain't the same thing.

Mount while walking
