How about next time you add PVE sets like BL don't make them grindable in a few days by playing low population off hours?

Maybe something like a lair/dungon PVE loot CD?

(Or mebbe it is working as intended just finding it a bit odd)

From my perspective, certain guilds camp all the lairs with a warband during active hours. We kill some scouts then get killed when they cry in their guild chat and gang up. The only time for those that aren't in mega guilds or those without optimal rvr group set-ups is off hours. It's been fun. I really haven't been able to fully UNLEASH my BEAST because of these circumstances but I consider it satisfactory.
