Return of Reckoning

Hello,
I noticed that in the witch elf when you are casting stealth and you want to interrupt it, if you jump, you get the skill interrupted, but the cooldown starts. So you can't go in stealth anymore for 30 secs.

So i am wondering if this is the correct way this abylity has to work or is a bug.
If it is a bug, is related to we skill or it is related with cast sistem ?
Anyone has already reported ?

Its a general bug, which affects all casts.
Furthermore you interrupt a cast, when you cast a different skill, what makes it impossible to "chain" skills to create a proper rotation.
