Is it possible to dye your secondary area @ a merchant? It says to right click but it just unequips.

right click on color not gear:)

choose item with left, then right click on the colour

primary colour = blue ring
secondary colour = yellow ring

you can also choose the same colour as both primary and secondary

Another question for dyes. I Really like Dark Navy blue but its only obtainable through questing, what means spending hours with several low chars. Will there be other possibilities to Get it?

Most, if not all dye quests have been made repeatable.

Edit.: the Two i know (chrace, ostland) aren't t repeatable. Is there a quest for Dark navy blue?
