Hello there!

I have this problem regading some special effect:

It is a common problem with the client/driver or only I have this problem?

My "rig" is a Lenovo G50-80 with Intel HD Graphics 5500. I can run the game with max graphics.
The OS is win10 home edition and I have up-to-date drivers.

Please help me what is wrong!

I'd say this is most likely due to the integrated graphics. Nothing much can be done about it.

I suppose you could try tweaking settings around in game and the global graphics settings within your intel HD graphics settings but I doubt you'll get much better results. Using discrete graphics is usually the the fix.
