Return of Reckoning

hello can't get any quest on my Choppa, it says to me "too many quests" when i try to start a new one. unfortunately can't delete any becaause none are appearing on the tome of knowledge quests tab.

This is happening on my Choppa Grozbak 40/41 and i already posted a issue report on github (#9256) a few days ago.

I hope you can help me .....
