Missing caracter

I just made the game to work today and i missing all my caracters.I used to have an white lion,i think his name was Hallifor or Belaut,Belault.Pls help me

When was the last time you played? Characters got wiped a while back if you didn't play on them.

There was a wipe last spring for character that hadn't been played for about a year at that point, and I think another wipe some time during the summer.

Accounts that were not active within 3 months of T4 being released last year were wiped.
