Return of Reckoning

In slumber I have wept tears of blood to my lord, Korne the unholy deity of eternal rage and bloodshed. Stirred awake by the sanguine saturated grounds of war I am beckoned a return of reckoning so I may unleash havoc upon the sanctity of humankind, the serenity of modest elves and the resolve of the arrogant dwarves. My days of slumber and hated sorrow past, the days of war and bloodshed returned and the disorder of Chaos shall lay waste amongst you all.

On another note serious thank you for all the hard work you are all putting into this. I have truly missed this game since it's abandonment. I do have a few questions that I'm curious about.
Is the PVE content available or is this strictly RVR based ? I actually enjoyed a lot of the PVE back in the day. Overall I'm trying to just get a sense of how the content plays by way of comparison I know it's in alpha and requires tons of time and work but I am still curious, is it exact, similar, different? are there mounts etc.
Lastly will there be wipes?

pve as in instances/dungeons is not happening yet. There are pqs and quests and some lair-bosses. Rest is RVR and Scenarios.
