Replace ORVR Loot Bag Roll System

Honestly it is the biggest slap in the face for ROR players to participate in the capturing, or a loss, of a zone. Sometimes for hours on end capping and fighting for battle objectives and coordinating with your realm to literally not get a single thing. AND then see some dude who walked in 5 minutes before the region was capped and slap another player with a random attack or heal an ally for some minor amount and win a bag.
I know this cause I've been both. This system is just infuriating for many and is a huge turnoff to play in the next zone capture cause why waste that much time again if you're going to get nothing, better yet be the guy who walks in before zone cap, kicks someone in the shin and wins a gold bag. It's far more efficient... i know i'll be doing it sooner or later and so will everyone else.
Instead of having a set amount of bags that are then RNG rolled by everyone who participated... Seriously 2 gold bags, 2 purple, 4 blues, then 12-something greens? for 200+ people at times? Have everyone have their own individual roll based on their own contribution to the zone cap. Take into account what they gained in terms of RR and INF when the zone is capped for a base level contribution (basically. contributed a **** ton = guaranteed white bag). Then let people see their roll and in order to get that glorious gold or purple they have to roll that high number themselves while not competing with anyone else.
Just a thought, i still hate it when i've rolled a 800-900 only to get absolutely nothing cause of the large amount of people who rolled over 1000.
TL:DR: no more set number of bags for the server. Don't treat it like a PQ, individual rolls to get a bag. Something like 300 = white bag, 400 = green, 600 = blue, 800 = purple, and 1000 = gold.
