Return of Reckoning

Hi!

I snagged a purple bag the other day and got a subjugator focus for Zealot. Awesome, I thought, until I checked the stats. 2% chance to retaliate 360 damage? Really? Are there any plans to change this or is it simply meant to be like this?

I haven't even seen it proc yet, so I can't say :^)

Pm me in game so we can test it

I've tested it a bit and it doesn't seem to break detaunt. So there's that, at least.
