AP Drain Suggestion

Anyone who has been the target of multiple, simultaneous AP drains at once can share my concern that this combination can essentially take one player out of the mix indefinitely.
While not specifically a CC effect, in essence, when used in combination by two or more players against an enemy, it "CC"s that player into doing a lot less for the duration. It's basically a way to take out an AP-Dependent target without having to kill or kite them.
If silence has an immunity timer, why doesn't AP drain?
I suggest that AP Drains cast as a spell have an immunity timer for the recipient. In this way, the spell still carries the intended effects without allowing for a complete gimping of the recipient by two or more AP drains running simultaneously.
Yes, I understand that the AP drains can be removed by RR purchased cleanse as well as some healing classes; however, double or triple AP drains are unnecessarily strong and need to be addressed. The easiest method, IMO is immunity for a period of time so that they cannot be stacked.
