I'll happily elaborate.

He's an Order-side chat spammer, and spams whenever he is present in the game. Usually it's targeted harassment against two players (Nefertkha and Bathresth) of the form "x - ****" "I wash my hands of this ****" "x not man only ****" every 5 seconds, via either spatial chat or tells, but if Order are losing it becomes more general, and he leaves the warcamp to stand in front of the enemy and feed while continuing to spam. Occasionally resorts to PM spam, especially if anyone comments on his spamming. He's generally regarded as an extreme annoyance and quite famous on the server.

I told him many times to stop insulting ppl in sc´s, rvr...You die man thats the game! But he keeps doing that stuff ><

Why don't you just use the ignore button?

Ignore only works against tells.
