Return of Reckoning

Hello guys just yesterday finished the kotbs knight conqueror set and was disappointed. The reason was the proc on the fifth armor piece with the 100 wounds buff 10% if you got hit. The proc does not go off on the 10% value and when it goes off the 100 wounds only raise the max hp without healing the appropriate amount of life. So it's very useless as it is now. I hope this is a glitch and not working as it was planned to work. I am very curious to know if this proc works as it was intended to work . Thanks for you time to answer this post in advance.

that would be op... Its correct.

If it is right then conqueror set is not the best solution for even a kotbs s/b. An free advice to my fellow kotbs.I can Not think of Any reason of having 100wounds without the appropriate amount of health .

Hello torquemandra . When the proc goes off the 1000 hp heal does not work. And the 10% fill like 1%. I tested a lot was focused with my knight from an enemy wb and it didn't go off. I am wearing bl set atm and the 10% on hit goes off a lot easier.

could you tell us how much conq proc is worth now?
with new overlord set, I might not use conq more than 2 pieces.
conq proc vs. overlord proc + 100 toughness
any insight about conq proc?
