[White Lion] Pounce

Fellow White Lions!
just want your opinion on Pounce ability as I've personally just got rid of it as i find it to be more of a bane on my white lions life, It has some pro and cons but i feel the cons out weigh the pros too much i know its not the same as the live pounce.
1 v 1 against casters/ranged that gap closer is nice to have extra with charge.
when using it on players fleeing or even running away you press the pounce button and where ever that player was when you pressed pounce that is where you land and it takes half a second before you can move again, even with the mini sprint after you still find yourself chasing a rabbit end up using charge as well.
You pounce onto a target and you instantly regret it cos your the main target cos they see this White lion doing a massive leap on to their friend and they all target you and you get killed.
just want some other opinions do you think it can be changed back to its original state with no CD or is it still too OP ?

you can use pounce as escape ability not only ofenzive ...

To give up an ability that grants such incredible mobility, one should have more justification than the user not being able to decide when to use it properly. Perhaps you can justify it by posting a strong build that excludes pounce? I'll admit I have limited WL experience so I am curious about other builds as well.

Well since you started with it. It would be nice to change the WL pull a bit. Just plain annoying to get pulled by teleporting through walls running superspeed pets without any tell. On my firemage i atleast can prevent most of the pulls by breaking los (however also often buggy and needs to be changed) but when playing destro these instant stupid pulls without any visible effect are just stupid. You have some of those wl pets on you anyway so just ccing them wont cut it most of the time. Would be awsome to actually see the pull just like on marauder something like a red pet for 2 s would be enough.
+ both pulls need to be faster. It's a pull and shouldn't last ages and serve as better cc than a kd.
+ Ensnare on both remove it, never understood why a r immob for 10s +dmg morale 1 can be justified while the same morale excists on Tank just 20 times worse

Iirc, Fetch requires los between you and the WL, not you and the pet, so you can still LoS it.

I know the problem is that fetch is instant while marauder pull is not. So while it's true that you can break los it's nearly impossible to break it always so you never know if he pulls you or even trys to do so (when a pet is on you which is often the case with this many Wl running around).
Esp here on ror where pulls from different hights work. On live you could atleast use terrain to prevent pulls but here pets or maras dont give a **** if you are standing on a bridge or not.

the build im using relies on my pet with speed training + brutal pounce to engage also a very reliable knockdown then use cleave limb + pack assault + coord strike then finish with cull the weak. using my other CC abilities on casters its pretty good and i prefer the guardian spec instead of hunter with the extra tankyness of trained to kill and the knockdown.

To be honest i dont think i have ever blocked a WL Fetch (and yes some times i am in the middle of a fight facing them and he/she instapulls me 1 foot just to interrupt my treehit combo)... is it blockable? just to ease my curiosity
Also in regards to your thought on pounce. I think why not use it! its a massive advantage over all classes without it.
Having an extra ability to pounce back to your group to an overextended tank will almost ensure a getaway. Destro has no ranged stopping cc besides a zeals stagger and slow moving squig, hit and run.
