No sounds problem

Hi all. Since i came back in the game 1 week ago, i can't hear the sound from the game... the game doesn't show in the windows mixer and in game the sound is turned at the max level.
Check your microphone and head set and speakers set up, then check you did not accidentally mute your sound.
Sounds like maybe a plug or cable came loose or you un-ticked a small but important box.
