how do you get beastlord hunting guide ?

once you complete the beastlord quests where you have to kill the heros the same quest giver gives you another quest to kill X amount of a certain class. kill X amount of certain class and turn the quest in for a beastlord token. 5 beast lord tokens are needed to buy the guide. the guide can be bought by the 10g mount vendor in IC or Altdorf.

This is no longer true. The vendor is now the quest giver for the beastlord quest. He has the quest giver icon over him not the vendor icon so is hard to find. He is on top of the floating island next to the Lyceum.

Both statements are correct. The hero quest givers also give the kill X quest for one token and the vendor also has a "kill the heroes quest" which gives two tokens. As far as I remember (was there last week or so) you only need 3 tokens for the book now.

The other posts here have you covered. You can get the coins either from the follow-up kill quests after each beast, or you can get 2 from the quest to kill all the beastlord enemies.

Look for the commodities vendor on either Order or Destro to then purchase the book for a total 3 tokens:
