Chosen subj 2h has a speed proc doesn't it? Plus QE is in-game... When you get 3-4 or more ways to proc a speed increase... that is where it gets broken AF...

As a shammy, with Run Away! tactic and odjira I used to kite warbands on live. It was fun, but please don't bring it back.
