Return of Reckoning

Hello,

After reading the requite FAQs I find myself in a bit of a different situation. I have tried waiting for long periods of time several times, closing and trying launching again several times, and launching as Admin several times. Try as I might the launcher just sat there with "CONNECT" grayed out and no RoR launching or error message. Perhaps I missed something in the FAQ and I apologize if I did so but is there something that i could do to change the ennui my launcher has developed?

Make sure your WAR folder isnt set to read Only. Needs to be set to READ/WRite

So here's what happened: I had to fix my Windows 10 updater because windows weren't saving changed setting and was causing an error to occur. So even though I had "turned it off" in all actuality it did not do so.

The Read Only was the issue but was only the symptom of a much larger problem that had gone on without my noticing.
