I did quest 'Defend Zimmers hold' from chaos wast, and now I must speak with keep lord in South Garnison keep in Praag.
problem is that there is no lord in keep, keep is empty. How now I can get my medalions?

I believe you have to capture the zone? Grim said something about how the quest is turned in through pushing one zone to the next.

ok, zone is locked, so I can go inside keep, but there is no lord inside, keep after lock is empty

So you own the keep and the zone is locked? Maybe you have to turn them in when the zone is unlocked?

The problem is known. the team is working on it to solve this quest issue.

instead of making everything too complex, why not start all quests at Warcamp, and them at Warcamp...?

and amke them repetable if you kill many people you can take them Xtime in one zone, system like is now is shity.

It is intended that each quest is only done while the zone is active, and pushing the campaign forward is required to complete it. We don't want people farming these quests for easy Conq, just a little something extra for pushing zones. I've been taking notes on which Keep Lords go missing when a zone is captured, but it doesn't look like any particular pattern, sometimes they appear, sometimes they don't.

I'll probably end up switching them over to a BO guard.

how about quest given by Keep Lord:
kill 50/50/50
then capture 5 Bos (present at area when locked)
run 5 supplies (or your group does)
for 5 medal reward?
return to capital palace and claim reward

good luck doing that during primetime... but it may provide alternatives to people who pay off-hours or NA time and really lack same RvR pvp-medal drops as EU players.
