DoK/WP mechanic suggestion

This is more like an conceptional idea rather then a ballance fixing. But with the past nerfs after nerfs to the DoK/WP I been thinkin about stuff that could be added without breaking the class again.
The conceptional idea here is using the main skills in each mastery to build stacks that matches the conceptinal idea of the classes. Imagine it like combo points and consuming skills being the finishers.
The mechanic: Using certain skills, in additional to the normal effect, they also grants the player a buff that stacks up to 3 times. (I'm naming the buffs after the Mastery they belong to in this post)
Certain skills gets additional benefits from these stacks if you have aquired the stack threashold AND limit of 3. Using those skills at 3 stacks will consume the buff. If a skill that build stacks from another Mastery is being used then it will replace any stacks allready built by a skill of another Mastery, starting at 1.
Skills that build stacks:
Khaine's Embrace, Touch of the Divine
Transfer Essence, Sigmars Radience.
Cleave Soul, Bludgeon
Skills that consume stacks:
Khaines Embrace, Touch of the Divine
Transfer Essence, Sigmars Radience
Rend Soul, Divine Assault
Khaine's Embrace/Touch of the Divine
Grants you 1 stack of Dark Rites/Salvation
"Heal increased by 100% if 3 stacks of Sacrifice/Grace is consumed"
"Deals X spirit damge to all enemies within 30 feet of you if 3 stacks of Torture/Wrath is consumed" (Proc based attack of around 600-700)
Transfer Essence/Sigmars Radience
Grants you 1 stack of Sacrifice/Grace
"100% Crit chance, can't be defended against and ignores all armor if 3 stacks of Dark Rites/Svlation is consumed"
Cleave Soul/Bludgeon
Grants you 1 stack of Toruture/Wrath.
Rend Soul/Divine Assault
(Does not grant you any stacks)
"100% Crit chance, can't be defended against and ignores all resistance if 3 stacks of Dark Rites/Slvation is consumed"
Reasons:
Now i'm gonna over why I think these changes are needed.
Currently there are incentive to go into melee range while being full out healing spec but the reward is very low and put you at great risk, especiellay since AoE detaunt was limited. Granting more rewards for using melee while healing or healing while in melee range is nescesary tbh.
I also think the classes, especially WP, lacks AoE dmg potential and havoing access to have a AoE dmg attack even while in healing spec would also add more utillity to the classes in warband scale fights.
The 100% crit on Scarifce/Grace skill is to help proc Transfer Focus wich compared to Exalted Defences is just junk. And it would also be able to be used with Curse of Khaine wich i think is fair due to WP (and AM) have a at will healdebuff with 100% uptime even when in heal spec.
