Blackguard Conversation

Hi.
So i'd like to open up a conversation about the Blackguard that perhaps had been addressed before, I'm not entirely sure, as the class has been glanced at recently. I'm quite content with the changes to the class, thus my not really commenting on the subject, however I would like to point to a different concern.
I'm sure it would be nowhere near the top of your list of concerns as well, so please take this with a grain of salt, only some food for thought to chew on as time goes by.
Personally, I believe the class suffers from a certain bloated dynamic. I'm usually never a proponent of pruning, as sometimes it reduces the skill cap (well, most times) of classes, however... In WAR, the BG has something like a PvE rotation not too far from the Dragoon on FFXIV.
Everyone - well, I'm taking a leap here - knows the rotation, the variation of the rotation based on the class you're against, et cetera. However, I many times find myself staring at the next few buttons off cool down and honestly just wanting to use them all so that I can get on with my day.
The cooldowns on the BG are actually up more than they're not (i'm speaking of the short ones), i mean between trying to gap close, getting punted, blocked, whatever have you, it is a rarity that I actually find myself being able to even pull off all the debuffs to the target/buffs to my DP - and i'm being generous here when I say all, more likely than not half - before the target either dies, I die, my DP dies, or we need to swap.
I'm not implying I know the real answer to the 'problem', and perhaps it's not a problem for anyone but myself, but what I would humbly suggest is probably a merging of abilities, even perhaps a tuning down of them, if only to actually allow me to at a reasonable amount of times be able to actually use them on a given hostile/ally target at any given time.
And yes, I prioritize based on the situation, and sure, it probably does indeed serve the skill cap of the class. My issue here is that I don't really find the coefficient of skill cap to skill relevancy playing a big role here. It just feels a bit spammy, and sure, perhaps if I FoW or SK or CF at a variation of times I'm quite sure it's relevant, though how much, that I am unsure.
I think niche abilities on a class are nice - however, I don't think having all of your abilities being niche abilities is nice.
Like I said, I realize this is far from a major concern, and i'll repeat - just something to consider, but I'd strongly appreciate not having to play a version of Simon Says + Dance Dance Revolution on my fingers.
Thanks for reading guys.
