Anniversary Event Location Help?

Where do I go to find the locations for the Anniversary Event? I tried browsing the actual thread about the news, the pinned threads in general, Events Forum, etc.
Is this something that people are just finding themselves? Are the solutions in the List of Important Zone Locations? I tried google searching Wraith's Crypt in Norsca and didn't get anything especially helpful..
