Guild Alliance HELP

Today I was trying to form an alliance with another guild when I tried to Invite this person to my alliance he pressed accept and it did not work I have had this problem in the past if anyone could help me that would be great thanks!

Make it 6 to 10 times very fast.
You: invite
He: Accepts
Then it sometimes works.

it goes like this only to form the ally the next guilds you inv dont have this problem, me and ally guild tryied like 100+ times

I absolutely cannot creat a guild alliance with other guild... this is not good!
