I had a disconnection from the server and since I have this message when I want to launch the launcher (the light of the server login is red and the web server and green).

the error:
Could not connect to Login server
System.Net.Sockets.SocketException (0x80004005): Aucune connexion n’a pu être établie car l’ordinateur cible l’a expressément refusée 46.105.54.77:8000
à System.Net.Sockets.Socket.Connect(IPAddress[] addresses, Int32 port)
