Hi I do the skaven quest called: "Orders from Emperor Karl Franz"

1, kill 25 rvr enemy

2, Gather information from a Chaos courier


Where is that chaos courier and what is it? T1? T2? T3? T4? Npc?

T3 High Pass in front of the Tavern BO there is a big rock and 2 corpses near it. One of them is the courier.
