Guild Heraldry Issue (may req admin help)

Hi I'm the GL of The Murder Junkies, i am having an issue with the guild heraldry we recently just hit lvl 20. The guild heraldry is incorrect and i need to reset it, i was wondering if any other guilds has info on how to fix this or how to get help to have the heraldry reset.. ( i tried to reset the heraldry under rewards tab it spams a message of needing 100g which i have to reset but no matter what i try it will not let me set the heraldry again )
