Bolster Level 15

Don't know if this has been mentioned in a post yet, but some players that are sub-10 have a bolster to level 15 while in sc's.

It is a bug in the buff-description. It saids they are bolstered to lvl 15, but their stats only get bolstered to lvl 10.
