LF Active RvR Guild [Destro]

Hello,
I just started playing this week and i am a LVL15/RR12 Marauder, I am looking for a sociable guild that talks a lot and doesn't mind helping out a newbie - i am after your advice/knowledge (i.e spec, gearing etc) and explanation of things (certain mechanics, roles, classes)!!
I live in the UK so naturally GMT/EU time suits me - although i do stay up till 5/6am quite a few days of the week as i work nights so my pattern kinda sticks on my days off! I have a mic and can download whichever comm chat it is you use.
My interests are Open RvR (had a lot of fun the last few days in Tier 1) and Scenarios (i imagine they are much better in premades as PuGs make me want to gouge my eyes out sometimes). Even if your a leet guild that is super uber and have some sort of space or rank for a nubcake like myself that would be awesome - i aim to be pro1337 PvPur when i get to the top, but il take what i can get
I also plan on rolling a healer followed by a RDPS way down the line as healing has always been another one of my strong points.
So yeah, would be great if someone could get back to me, bit lonely spreading the word of chaos on my own.
