Generalist BO Template Renown build

Ok so this is a mental exercise that I want to engage the community on.
The goal here is to have a renown build that is stagnant. Why is it stagnant? Because you have to travel ALL THE WAY to the city to change a renown build. The goal is a renown build that can operate effectively in multiple pre-known spec's. The idea is you can rapidly switch spec's and gear loadout's to fit the situation that is happening at the moment.
Ok I know if you specifically build your renown build to a specific spec you will be more effective. That is not the goal here. The goal is flexibility and being versatile. The goal is to have a generalist renown build that supports multiple spec's. So you lose out a little on effectiveness for more versatility.
You have access to all the merc/anni/ruin gear for rapid gear swaps and potentially multiple sets with different tali loadouts. You have access to Bane the 2hnder. You have access to winds impervious. You have access to the influence zone gear.
You have access to all the tactic's to include the spec specific tactic's (spec depending)
You have access to switch spec's quickly with a couple predetermined spec's. Switching spec's quickly is achievable via the career trainer in friendly keeps. Remove the idea that there is a cost to switching spec's, guild can cover costs.
Let's say we have 40 renown points to work with.
What is the best generalist renown build that can support a bunch of different spec loadouts. The renown build cannot be changed but everything else can be fairly rapidly.
You will have at minimum 1 Bo per group (rare) and potentially 2 BO's per group (common) for most group comps and finally 3 to 4 BO group comps (very rare).
There are two different types of generalist renown builds I'm asking for.
Hybrid BO player's that want to go 2hnder or can swap to SnB if they want.
Pure SnB player's that don't care about going 2hnder.
There is No consideration for pure 2hnder builds. Access to SnB is too important.
Things to take into consideration also in all renown builds. You can count on a 240 toughness buff actively from shaman's. You can permanently buff parry and dodge by 10% with m1 cycling. You can further buff your toughness by a additional 160 for a total of 400 toughness permanently with m2 cycling.
Here is a small example of generalist spec loadouts, There can be a lot more.
Brawler Knockdown

Brawler AE snare

Full boss knockdown

Tank wall Toughest build

Here is what I'm thinking due to the base stats Bo's have to deal with.
We need some initiative in all builds. BO's have lower initiative then all other classes.
Parry is superior to block on tanks on hybrid BO's.
Block is superior to parry for pure SnB player's.
Deft defender is useful in all spec's
Strength is useful in all spec's
Crit is useful in most spec's.
Wounds is useful in most spec's.
I gotta run off but This is just a start. I'll post this up as is.
