Blue Seed Drops

Hey, I know that crafting will be one of the last things added into the game but since i saw some blue seeds AH (order side) and couldn't find any from Destro AH, i was wondering if anyone knows their drop location or has blue seeds to sell on destro side. Send me a PM if you know the loc or have some seeds to sell. thanks =)

They are generally on the drop lists of BO/Keep Champion/Lords and Warcamp Guards.
They were removed from the BO guards in live when they changed the drop lists and only dropped from lvl 39+ Lords.

So we should be able to get them from BO guards, or have they changed the drop list on this?
