Return of Reckoning

Using smite with CC doesn't increase the gains in RF to 25 for every hit. Instead it increases it something like this:
Hit 1 target in total = 25 RF gained
Hit 2 targets in total = 40 RF gained (20 RF per target)
Hit 3+ targets in total = 55 RF gained (20 RF per 1st 2 targets + 15 RF for every 3rd+ target)

Is this supposed to be like that? Can anyone confirm?

It is supposed to be like that , as the ability(edit: tactic*) doesn't state it increases the RF gain by 10 for every hit you do , but rather increases the RF gain by 10 for every ''attack that generate's righteous fury'' , meaning that each cast of a RF generating ability should only yield +10 rf in total regardless of how many targets you hit.

If the smite tool tip in game is anything like the career builder one you are incorrect. I'm not sure if the dok/wp received an adjustment to smite based regen I know there was a few adjustments a while ago but im not sure which of them are still in play.

The only changes that remained in effect are the ICD nerf, the Wracking Agony buff, group cleanse nerf and the AE detaunt restrictions.

Smite tool tip is irrelevant as i am referring to the interaction between Charged Fury and how the tactic affects smite and other RF generating abilities.Which is what i assume the OP asked.
